Croissant

1. Defrost your Croissant dough
 

2. Cover with a tea towel and leave to rest in a warm spot for 1 hour
 

3. Brush with egg wash (optional)
 

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-18 minutes until golden brown

5. Enjoy your freshly baked Croissant!

Pain à la Cannelle

1. Defrost your Cinnamon Roll dough

 

2. Cover with a tea towel and leave to rest in a warm spot for 1 hour

 

3. Brush with egg wash (optional)

 

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-18 minutes until golden brown

 

5. Enjoy your freshly baked Cinnamon Rolls!

1. Defrost your pain au chocolat dough

Pain aux Raisins

1. Defrost your Pain aux Raisins dough

 

2. Cover with a tea towel and leave to rest in a warm spot for 1 hour

 

3. Brush with egg wash (optional)

 

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-18 minutes until golden brown

 

5. Enjoy your freshly baked Pains aux Raisins!

Mince Pies

1. Straight from the freezer, brush with egg wash (optional)

2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-18 minutes until golden brown

3. Enjoy your freshly baked mince pies!

Dry Mixes Recipes

Brownie

1. In a large bowl, mix together the
butter and eggs until smooth.

2. Gradually add the brownie mix
and stir together until fully combined.

3. Line a baking tin with baking
paper, pour in the mix and spread
evenly.

4. Bake at 170°C in a preheated oven for 20 minutes for a gooey centre.

5. Leave to cool and enjoy !

Cookie

1. In a large bowl, mix together the butter and eggs until smooth.

 

2. Gradually add the baking mix and stir together until fully combined.

 

3. Add the golden syrup and mix well.

 

4. Use an ice cream scoop to portion cookies onto a lined baking tray. Leave in a ball shape with enough space for them to spread during baking.

 

5. Bake for 10-20 minutes at 170°C depending how gooey you like them!

Madeleine

1. Beat the eggs until light & fluffy.


2. Pour your baking mix into a large
bowl, add your beaten eggs and mix well.


3. Gradually add softened butter and mix well again until fully combined.


4. Grate in citrus zest.


5. Leave the mix to rest for 10 minutes.


6. Fill your madeleine moulds 3/4 full.


7. Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for around 10 minutes or until golden.
